The Soligor 500mm f8 MC C/D Mirror Lens is a unique, manual focus telephoto lens. Thanks to its mirror-based design, it's substantially more compact than traditional lenses. Instead of using a series of glass optics to achieve its focal length, it utilizes mirrors. This design also results in a fixed aperture and creates a distinctive out of focus area due to the presence of a mirror in the center.
Originally designed for universal thread-in T-mount, this mount can be easily adapted to a variety of other camera system lens mounts.
